BALLET-FLOOR BARRE

The key to all ballet techniques,
this progressive floor workout enhances performance
by increasing joint mobility, muscle flexibility
and prevents injury.

BODY CONDITIONING
A cardiovascular workout incorporating the use
of free weights and thera bands, designed to tone,
sculpt and lengthen muscle groups.

POSTURES
The practice focuses on a series of Asanas,
deep breath work and movement through the sequence
of postures increases flexibility and strengthens balance.

BODY MECHANICS/MAT CLASS
This class is comprised of floor exercises designed
to strengthen the body’s core muscles and
reinforce the body’s neuromuscular networks.
